Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order.

Please note that our clothing items (i.e. shape wear) and beauty products are not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons. Sale items are also not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us hello@bmbshll.com and we will send you further instructions on how to return your items. As soon as we receive the notification that your return has been accepted by the supplier, we will refund you within 3 business days. Please allow it up to taking 8 business days for the money to be shown on your account.
